6.6.8. ERROR EM
The error is generated if the AT drive receives a software emergency signal via the 485 serial
communications link between the upper and lower assemblies, but does not receive the
corresponding emergency hardware signal via cables TRM-19 and TRM-20.

Follow the procedure step by step to correctly diagnose the problem. Take particular care with the
checks highlighted by circled numbers, which are described in detail below:
(1) Determine the frequency of the errors by counting the number of occurrences and by running
targeted checks. An error is considered frequent if it occurs 2 or 3 times a day.
