Follow the procedure step by step to correctly diagnose the problem. Take particular care with the
checks highlighted by circled numbers, which are described in detail below:
(1) Place the tester probes across the NC and C contacts of the limit switch. The contact should
be closed when the microswitch is not pressed, and open when the microswitch is pressed.
(2) Place the tester probes across pins 3 and 8 of connector J8 on the AT driver board. The value
should be –24 Vdc when the microswitch is not pressed, and 0 Vdc when it is pressed.
