Thefanspeedswitchisattachedtotheoverheadcontrolpanel(Figure242).The
switchisusedtoselectthefanspeed(OFF,LOW,MEDIUMORHIGH).
Testing
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthecuttingdecks,andshutoff
theengine.Removethekeyfromthekeyswitch.
2.Toaccesstheswitch,removethesunshadefromthetopoftheROPS
extension.
3.Disconnectthemachinewireharnessfromthefanspeedswitch.
4.Theswitchterminalsareidentiedin(Figure243).Withtheuseofa
multimeter(ohmssetting),testtheswitchfunctionstodetermineifcontinuity
existsbetweenonlytheterminalslistedforeachswitchposition.Checkthe
continuitybetweentheswitchterminals.
