Note:Whencheckingthebladestoppingtime,ensurethatthedeckislowered
ontoacleansectionofturforhardsurfacetopreventdustandunwantedmaterial.
Tocheckthebladestoppingtime,instructasecondpersontostayawayfrom
themachineatasafedistanceandmonitorthebladesonthecuttingdeck.
Whenthemachineoperatordisengagesthecuttingdeck,recordthetimethatit
takesforthebladestocometoacompletestop.Ifthistimeismorethan7
seconds,inspectthePTObrakeassemblyinthetransmission;refertoPTO
CircuitProblems(page4–37).
