13.Removethenutandboltthatattachthebottomoftheshockabsorbertothe
springsaddle,andremovetheshockabsorber.
AssemblingtheOperatorSeat
1.Attachthebottomoftheshockabsorbertothespringsaddlewiththenut
andbolt.
2.Installthespringstothespringsaddleinthesameorientationthatyounoted
duringremoval.
3.Positionthespringsaddleonthespringarmandslidethesaddledown.
Hookthespringendsonthetopofthesuspensionbase.
4.Usethesuspensionbaseasaprypointandplaceaprybaronthetopofthe
springsaddle.Prythesaddledowntoelongatethespringsenoughsothat
theboltcanbeinstalledintothetopoftheshockabsorberandsuspension
basemount.Installnutonthebolttosecuretheshockabsorber.
5.Positiontheseatframetothesuspensionbase.
6.Alignthebearingblocksontheframewithreceiversonthesuspensionbase
andguideframeintothesuspensionbase.
7.Insertthe2bearingshaftsandsplitnylonbushingstothesuspensionbase
andframe.Securethebearingshaftswiththe2rollpins.
8.Positionthecablesundertheseatframebarsandonthetopofthe
suspensionbaseandinsertthecableendsinthespringsaddleslots.
9.Passtheweightadjustmentknobshaftthroughtheweightindicator,washer,
andseatframehole.
10.Turntheknobshaftintotheweightadjustbarandinstallthehexnutonthe
knobshaft.
11.Positiontheseatboottotheseatframeandattachwiththe18pushclips.
12.Positionthebottomcushiontotheseatframeandattachwiththe2bolts.
13.Positionthebackcushiontotheseatframeandattachwiththe6pushclips.
14.Assemblethebackrestknobtotheseatandattachwiththenut.Attach
thelabeltotheknob.
15.Assemblethebackpanelandthenthearmrestassembliestotheseat.
16.Installtheoperatorseatonthemachine;refertoInstallingtheOperatorSeat
(page6–61).
