*To use SW Rise/Fall, CFM needs an external trigger signal (trigger switch and so
on : option item).
*Trigger mode can be switched by pressing a button in the order of Auto -> Switch
fall -> Switch rise.
*Measurement time can be switched by pressing a button in the order of Auto
meas -> Manu meas.
*When CFM captures a force curve and only when Switch fall /rise and Manu
meas are selected, a delay time can be set. By pressing the time frame, the
numeric keypad appears, and a measurement time and delay time can be
adjusted there. (Refer to 5.3.4 Manual measurement setting).
Because a small misalignment occurs in a horizontal(time) axis of force curve due
to variations of terminal posture and wire position for crimping, CFM automatically
aligns the position of a reference force curve created during Teaching and
measured force curve in the horizontal axis.
In this setting, a reference position for overlaying the horizontal axis of those force
curve can be set.

recommended.
Regarding force curve peak as 100% height,
CFM align the horizontal axis of a measured
force curve so that the horizontal axis at the
position of selected % overlaps in the right
side of the Peak. The right side setting is
recommended for general crimping
machines.
Regarding force curve peak as 100% height,
CFM aligns the horizontal axis of a
measured force curve so that the horizontal
axis of selected % overlaps in the left side of
the Peak. The left side setting is
recommended for a servo press machine.
OFF
