Lubricate Linear Bearing Block
Once a year, use a Needle Style Grease Gun to apply approxi-
mately 6cc (cubic centimeters) of Super Lube Multi-Purpose Syn-
thetic Grease to the grease fittings on the ends of the Linear
Bearing Blocks. The fittings are located on the left and right sides
of the Pick & Place Carriage.
Note: Be careful to avoid over greasing the bearing blocks as excess grease could con-
taminate the components being processed.
After greasing the Bearing Blocks, cycle the X Axis for a short period of time and then inspect the
Linear Bearing Blocks and the Linear Rail for excess grease. Remove any excess grease with a
clean paper towel before returning the machine to service.
