Run the Job
1. Turn the Omron Ionizing Fan ON. (optional)
2. Close the enclosure doors, then press Run.
3. During operation, the operator will add additional parts to the
Input Module and unload packaged parts from the Output
Module and Reject Area as necessary.
4. When the preset number of parts has been run, the TM-500 will automatically stop
operation.
5. If Leader has been created, the Taper will continue to seal tape until it reaches the
programmed Leader length. If not, the Taper will continue to seal tape until the last
sealed part has reached the cut point. Cut the sealed tape at the cut point and use
a piece of blue Permacel tape to secure the finished reel. Remove processed
output.
6. If the Automatic Tape Cutter is enabled, the tape will automatically be cut after the
programmed Leader length has been created (Single Reel Mode) or between the
Current Reel’s Leader and the next reel’s Trailer (Multiple Reel Mode).
