Coolant Thermostat, Remove and Install
Refer to operation Coolant Thermostat, Remove and Install
in Section 2, Engine Cooling.
Fuel Pressure, Check
Important: Fuel escapes. Observe safety regulations and
national legislation.
Installation Procedure
1. Connect Pressure Gauge KM–J–34730–91 (1) to test
connection (2).
2. Start engine and bleed pressure gauge – idle speed.
Collect escaping fuel in a suitable container.
Inspect
1. Check fuel pressure.
2. Start engine and allow to run at idle speed. Nominal
value – see relevant Checking Procedures.
Removal Procedure
1. Detach pressure gauge from test connection.
