Crank Drive, Cylinder Block
Drive Disc, Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
1. Counterhold drive disc with KM–652 (1) and remove from
crankshaft.
Installation Procedure
1. Attach drive disc with new bolts to crankshaft.
Counterhold drive disc with KM–652.
Tighten
Tightening torque 55 Nm / 41 lb. ft. + 30° + 15°.
Flywheel, Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
1. Counterhold flywheel with KM–652 (1) and remove from
crankshaft.
Installation Procedure
1. Attach flywheel to crankshaft with new bolts.
Lock flywheel with KM–652 (2).
Tighten
Tightening torque 35 Nm / 26 lb. ft. + 30° + 15°
