3. Crosshead − Lift
1) Disconnect the toggle lever (1, Fig. 4)
from the connecting rod and suspend it
to the column wall.
2) Attach shackle 94019P to each side of
the column and two shackles 94019K
to 94019P.
3) Attach two chain blocks 94017-002 to
the shackles 94019K and attach the
hooks to bracket 94322B.
4) Attach chain block 94017-025 (H5) to
the bracket 94322B.
5) Lift the bracket 94322B and attach it to
the two eye bolts 94045-M56 at the top,
see Fig. 5.
6) Attach the hook of chain block H5 to
the lifting tool 94324.
7) Attach two manual ratchets 94016-015
(H3, H4) with shackles 94019L to the
column and lifting tool 94337 and
thighten the chains slightly, see Fig. 5.
8) Attach two chain blocks 94017-020
(H1, H2) with eye bolts 94045-M56 at
the top of the column and attach the
hooks to the eye bolts 94045-M56 on
the guide shoes (1), see view I.
9) Lift the crosshead (2) 300mm above
pin bore (3) with chain block (H5).
10) Tighten chain blocks (H1) and (H2).
11) Install support 94322 with two oiled
bolts(4) on each side. Tighten the bolts
with 150Nm.
12) Lower the crosshead (2) to supports
94322. Tighten the set screws (5).
