3.3 Pump No. 1
CAUTION
Injury Hazard: The weight of the servo oil pump is 230 kg. Make
sure that you use the correct equipment to lift and move the servo
oil pump. This will prevent injury to personnel.
1) Attach the two shackles (94019K, Fig.
4) to the eyelets in the gallery.
2) Attach two spur-geared chain blocks
(94017−004) to the shackles (94019K).
3) Attach the lifting tool for the auxiliary
blower (94651) to the hooks of the two
chain blocks.
4) Use two slings (94039-002) make with
each a loop around the servo oil pump
No. 1.
5) Apply a light tension to the spur-geared
chain blocks (94017-004).
6) Make sure you do not damage the
supply oil pump No. 3 with the lifting
tool (94651).
7) Remove the four nuts (4).
8) Gradually release the tension of the
spur-geared chain block (1). At the
same time, increase the tension of the
spur-geared chain block (2).
9) Remove the servo oil pump No.1 and
the O-ring (not shown).
10) Move the servo oil pump to an
applicable area.
11) Lower the servo oil pump to the floor.
12) Remove the slings (94039−002) from
the servo oil pump (3).
