4. Installation
1) If necessary, replace the O-rings (5, 10,
11 and 12 Fig. 3).
2) Make sure that the claws (7, 13) are
correctly attached to the HP injection
pipe (2).
Note: You can adjust the claws (7, 13)
with an open-ended wrench.
3) Remove all of the protection from the
sealing faces in the injection valve (3)
and the ICU (4).
4) Make sure that there is distance of
6.0 mm between the ends of the HP
injection pipe (2) and the claws (7, 13).
5) Apply Never-Seez NSBT to threads of
the screws (9, 15).
6) Carefully put the HP injection pipe (2)
in position in the injection valve (3) and
the ICU (4).
7) Torque symmetrically the four screws
(9) to 48 Nm.
8) Make sure that there is a distance of
12 mm between the flange (8) and the
injection valve (6).
9) Torque symmetrically the four screws
(15) to 48 Nm.
10) Make sure that there is a distance of
12 mm between the flange (14) and the
ICU (4).
11) Install the pipe clamp (1).
12) If necessary, install the insulation to the
HP injection pipe (2).
