Propeller shaft housing (regular rotation model)
5. Install:
• Ring nut “1”
a. Install the ring nut “1”, and then tighten it to
the specified torque.
b. Turn the propeller shaft 10 turns or more,
and then tighten the ring nut to the speci-
fied torque.
c. Bend one of the 4 tabs on the claw washer
outward, and then bend the other 3 tabs in-
ward.
6. Install:
• Cover
• Cover bolt
