--- When PL = 0 or an external servo
turned OFF, the number of the
servo error pulses did not fall in the
limit range that had been set in a
parameter, within the specified
time.
• Reset the alarm, and then check if external
force is applied to the manipulator. If exter-
nal force is applied to the manipulator,
move the manipulator by the axis operation,
etc. to remove the external force. Then, try
again.
• If the error occurs again although no exter-
nal force is applied to the manipulator, re-
insert the system CPU board correctly.
If the error occurs again, contact your
Yaskawa representative.

ERROR
Data error occurred at job prereading reinter-
pretation.
• Reset the alarm, reselect the job, and then
try again.
If the error occurs again, contact your
Yaskawa representative.
