Before
turning
power
ON

equipment
are
closed.

equipment

enclosed
dustproof
construction
to
prevent
air
from
entering.
If
the
door
is
open-or
there is
a
gap
in
the
door,
firmly
close the door
by
using
door
open

fitting.

external
power
supply
is
fed
to
the
equipment.

flowing

location
of
the
equipment.

for
the
servo
power
supply

turned
on
