To configure the External Call Answer behavior:
1. Select Menu | User Settings | Audio | Extl Call Answ. The display shows:

Select Ring Phone to program the phone to plays the external ring tone until you take the
phone off hook or a system call handling routine sends the call to an operator or your voice
mail.
Select Auto Answ Spkr to program the phone to ring once, then automatically go off hook.
You can then speak to the calling party through the external microphone.
Select Auto Answ Hook to program the phone to ring once, then automatically go off hook.
The phone routes the audio to the handset connector.
3. Press the OK button to save your selection and return to the audio menu.
8.4.5.4 Internal Call Answer
This parameter programs the phone behavior when it receives calls from inside your enterprise.
You can program the phone to automatically go off hook for internal calls after one ring.
To configure the Internal Call Answer behavior:
