5.2.2 Set Up the Client
1 Log in to the client P-792H v2 of branch office B.
2 Click Network > WAN > Internet Access Setup.
3 Select ATM as the Transfer Mode. Select Bridge as the Mode. Set the
Multiplexing, Encapsulation, VPI, and VCI to the same values you set in the
server. Select 1 in the Line field as the DSL line you want the P-792H v2 to use as
a default for outgoing traffic.
4 Scroll down to the Service Type section. The Service Mode is 2 wire. In the
Service Type field, select Client. The rest of the fields will be negotiated with the
server. Click Apply.
5.2.3 Connect the P-792H v2s
Connect the DSL ports on the P-792H v2s together, and wait while the P-792H v2s
automatically establish the connection. When the connection is established, the
DSL and INTERNET lights are on. It takes up to half a minute to establish the
connection. If the P-792H v2s do not establish the connection, verify that the
settings (except the Service Type) match.
