The Aastra 470 communications server ships with a plug-in processor card (call
Manager card) with colour display, 4 analogue terminal interfaces and 3 Gbit-LAN
connections. A second CPU card (applications card) can be fitted as an option. It
contains the pre-installed applications server for unified communications and mul-
timedia services.
2. 2. 1 Positioning
Applications range from small businesses or branches to large companies at one or
more locations. Up to 36 users can be operated on the Aastra 470 communication
server without licensing. And with an expansion licence up to 400 users are possible.
The graphic below shows the Aastra 400 communication servers with their expan-
sion capacity for IP system phones.
