Suite (AMS)
• Software package for the configuration and monitoring of a single system or
an entire network (AIN)
• Contains auxiliary applications such as Smart Software Update, System
Search and Aastra WAV Converter
• Access control with user accounts and configurable authorization profiles
• Online and offline configuration possible
• For installation on your own PC
Self Service Portal
Web-based application for end users which enables the personal configuration
of their own phones:
• Assignment of function keys and label printing
• Setting of the idle text and language
• Setting of the presence profiles, personal call routing, voice mail, call forward-
ing etc.
• Creation of private phone book contacts
• Maintenance of personal data, such as e-mail address, password, PIN etc.
Secure IP Remote
Management (SRM)
• Server-based solution for secure IP remote management
• No router and firewall configuration or VPN connection setup required
• Allows configuration via AMS or WebAdmin once the connection has been
set up
• No installation necessary
