4 Removal/ Installation, Replacement and Adjustment
Polychromator
Removal of the polychromator outer box top cover provides access to:
• Shutter assembly
• Entrance slit plug
• Grating and prism casting assy
• Back lighting fixture access cover
• Polychromator and camera purge gas lines
• Camera rotation adjustment screws access plugs
• Full illumination LED fibre
1 Remove 4 pozidrive 2 point end cover access screws.
2 Remove 13 pozidrive 2 point screws that secure the top cover to the side walls and remove
the polychromator heater box top cover.
