6 Vials and Bottles
2 Place the crimp cap over the top of the vial.
3 Lift the vial into the crimper. Squeeze the handle until it reaches the
adjuster screw.
Figure 49 shows acceptable and unacceptable vial caps.
Check each vial for proper crimping:
1 Be sure there are no folds or wrinkles on the part of the cap that wraps
under the neck of the vial. To remove folds or wrinkles, turn the vial about
