Hello Time Specifies how often the SDP Echo Request messages are
transmitted on this SDP
Hello Msg Len Specifies the length of the SDP Echo Request messages transmitted
on this SDP
Max Drop Count Specifies the maximum number of consecutive SDP Echo Request
messages that can be unacknowledged before the keepalive
protocol reports a fault
Hold Down Time Specifies the amount of time to wait before the keepalive operating
status is eligible to enter the alive state
