5.3.2 AuxiliaryBin[AUX]
After AUX turned on, DUTs that do not fall within the primary parameter limit values
are sorted as OUT. In addition, DUTs that fall within the primary parameter limits but
are out of the secondary parameter limits are sorted into the auxiliary (AUX) bin.
Procedure for turning ON/OFF the auxiliary bin [AUX]

Step 3. Use the cursor key to select [AUX] field
Step 4. Use the soft keys to turn on/off the auxiliary bin

OFF Turns OFF the auxiliary bin
5.3.3 PrimaryParameterComparatorlimitmode[MODE]
You can specify the primary parameter limit values in one of the following 2 ways:
Tolerance mode [%] []
In tolerance mode, the comparison limit values are based on the deviations from the
specified nominal value, which can be specified in the [NOM] field. You configure the
tolerance mode limit values as a deviation percentage (%) or absolute () parameter
value.
Sequential mode [SEQ]
In sequential mode, the comparison limit values are based on the absolute value of the
measurement. When you configure these limit values, you have to first define the
minimum value and then the maximum value.
