7. Press [MEAS SHORT] soft key and [OK] soft key.
Wait until the message “Correction finished” displays.
8. Press [ON] soft key if SHORT field is OFF.
Step 5. Connect DUT to the test fixture as shown like this:
Step 6. Press the [Meas Setup] key. Measurements are performed continuously by the internal
trigger, and the measured Cp and D values of the capacitors are displayed as shown like
this:
