DANGER:
The tractor could move unexpectedly!
When using implements that require a tractor at
standstill but with running engine, put into neutral
the gearshift, range and reverse shuttle levers, then
engage the parking brake. For greater safety, use
wedges on the wheels.
Failure to comply with these directions could cause
injuries or death.
WARNING : The tractor could move unexpect-
edly!
Use suitable wedges when the tractor is parked on
steep slopes with engine off.
Place the wedges (Fig.2-48) in front of or behind one of
the rear wheels, according to the direction with respect
to the slope. When the wedge is at rest in its seat, check
that it is secured with its locking hook (Fig.2-49).
WARNING: When installing a wedge under the
wheel, take care not to catch your hands between
the folding metal parts.
