8.7.2 Outdoor Box
Wireless Repeaters can be mounted outdoors using a suitable weatherproof enclosure that meets local
electrical code.
An outdoor box protects the repeater from the outdoor elements, for example at a campus style facility
or when outdoor coverage is required to capture calls from residents when outside.
An example of an outdoor box is shown below.
