11 Offline Programming
The Offline Programming mode gives the user the opportunity create a set of tightening programs and
define the STwrench configuration without a STwrench connected. Using this function is like producing a
virtual RBU, stored in a .ttb file which is transfer then to one or more STwrenches (with same RBU type
and same firmware version).
The offline file can be created from scratch (in that case only tightening programs can be created) or from
a STwrench (in that case also the STwrench configuration can be programmed offline)
The following items can be programmed offline:
• Pset, Multistage and Job: Always available
• Controller setup: Available only if the file was created from a real STwrench connected
• Identifiers setup: Available only if the file was created from a real STwrench connected
• QAT Node Setup: Available only if the file was created from a real STwrench connected
