NOTE: If the IRC-W module is not marked as “dual band”, it does not support the 5 GHz band.
A test function is provided to verify the IRC-W signal level. Select Settings → IRC-W Test, and select the
device to which the STwrench has to connect:
The module network parameters must be set properly by ToolsTalk BLM.
The following window shows the network parameters (set by ToolsTalk BLM in the IRC-W Module) and
the RSSI (received signal strength indicator) level:
The letters of the IRC-W logo are shown in sequence:
During the initialization process, the IRC-W icon is shown in four steps:
Module IRC-W detected.
Module IRC-W configured.
Module connected.
