Remove the fastenings (arrows) for the bracket
•
Press down fuel tank
•
Use hoist to raise until the fuel tank can be re-
moved from the side
When installing:
•
While installation is basically a reversal of the re-
moval process, careful attention should be di-
rected toward the following operations:

Attention:
Ensure that the fuel tank supports (arrows) (foam
rubber) are positioned correctly!
Make sure there is adequate clearance to the right-
side tunnel panel!

Torque specification:
Bracket, fuel tank to frame ............................. 9 Nm
Bracket, washer fluid reservoir/ABS ECU
to frame ......................................................... 9 Nm
