TIRE INFLATION
Check front and rear tires for proper inflation and inspect
tread for cuts or punctures:
● Weekly, and at 1,000 mile (1,600 km) initial service
and at every 2,500 mile (4,000 km) service interval
thereafter.
WHEEL BEARINGS
The wheel bearings are sealed units, no greasing or mainte-
nance is required. Replace when worn. Excessive play or
roughness indicates worn bearings that require replacement.
Check wheel bearings:
● Whenever wheel is removed (tire change, fork oil
change).
