Reads the RFID Tag.
[RTAG:start,len]
[RTAG:....] - Read RFID Tag
start = start address (Byte)
len = length (Byte)
Reads the TAG whereby "start" and "len" are bytes.
First adress in a TAG is " 0 ". Read data are converted in the codepage which had been previously
defined with the "E command".
