Import several contacts in the address book
One or several SIP and/or Intercom contacts can be imported as RC file in the address book of the
DUETTO device. A RC file is a plain text file using Unicode character encoding “UTF-8” or ASCII encod

ing.
Import of SIP contacts
Create a TXT file on the connected computer and copy the following syntax in this file for each SIP
subscriber:
[contact]
Firstname=<First name>
Lastname=<Last name>
[[Phone]]
Phone=sip:<User ID>@<IP address>
The following parameters have to be entered for SIP contacts:
Save this file in RC data format and import it via the web interface (see page 77).
Import of Intercom contacts
Create a TXT file on the connected computer and copy the following syntax in this file for each Inter-
com subscriber (Unicode character encoding “UTF-8” required):
[contact]
Firstname=<First name>
Lastname=<Last name>
[[Intercom]]
Phone=ioip:<Call number >
The following parameters have to be entered for Intercom contacts:
Save this file in RC data format and import it via the web interface (see page 77). An example can be
found on page 139.

Several contacts can be placed in a RC file. In one file, SIP as well as Intercom subscribers can be in-
serted.
