Search contacts: To perform a full-text search in the contacts, enter digits in the search bar
Search contacts.
Add contact: Click on the button Add contact. An input mask opens and new contacts can be add-
ed.
Export contacts: Click on the export button to save the address book as RC file on the con-
nected computer. With e.g. a text editor, the contacts stored in this file can be edited or new con-
tacts can be added (unicode character encoding “UTF-8” required; see page 138).
Import contacts: Click on the import button , select the desired contact file(s) and click on the
button Import.
NOTE: Supported file formats
Supported file formats are RC, VCF and encoded VCARD using the UTF-8 or ASCII character set,
including pictures if stored in the VCARD file. Further information on creating a RC contact file can be
found on page 138
.
NOTE: Limitations with non-Latin characters
Contacts imported from CCT 800 Intercom servers do not support non-Latin characters. These are sup-
ported only by contacts created in the Duetto web interface.
GOOD TO KNOW: Fonts, languages and special characters
The DUETTO device supports the Latin and the Russian keyboard. Additionally via the web interface
created contacts can be extended with further fonts (e. g. Hebrew). Copy the word in the desired lan-
guage and paste it behind the related term.
Note: As of firmware version 1.6 initially only Hebrew is supported as additionally display language.
