Pick Mode Timeouts
When the Pick Mode is enabled, it is possible to change the timeouts with which
the Aiming pattern appears/desappears before/after the decoding phase (when
illuminator is on) starts/ends. The longer the timeout the longer the aiming
phase is before and after decoding barcode.
