Applicare grasso prescritto sul filetto
del perno (2) e sul piano di giunzione
dei dadi (1).
Impuntare i dadi (1) e portarli a battuta
senza serrarli.
Eseguire le operazioni di
tensionamento catena ed
allineamento ruota come indicato alla
sezione D4.
Verificare che il tubo freno non risulti
schiacciato o eccessivamente
piegato.
Serrare i dadi (1) alla coppia prescritta
(sez. C3).
Bloccare i dadi (8) sui tendicatena alla
coppia prescritta (sez. C3).
Rimontare la pinza freno (A), serrando
le viti (B) alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C
3).
Note
Eseguire la verifica del traferro
tra il sensore (C) e la vite di fissaggio
disco freno posteriore: deve essere
compreso tra 0,6÷2,2 mm.
Apply the specified grease to pin
thread (2) and connection surface of
nuts (1).
Fit the nuts (1) and screw in without
tightening.
Stretch the chain and align the wheel
as specified under Section D4.
Ensure that the brake line is not
squashed or excessively bent.
Tighten the nuts (1) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Tighten the nuts (8) on the chain
tensioners to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Refit rear brake caliper (A) and tighten
the screws (B) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Note
Ensure that the gap between
sensor (C) and rear brake disc
retaining screw ranges from 0.6 mm
to 2.2 mm.
