Revisione imbiellaggio
Eseguire le seguenti verifiche
dimensionali delle bielle:
- gioco di accoppiamento con lo
spinotto al montaggio.
In caso di usura eccessiva (Sez. C 1),
sostituire la biella.
La boccola piede di biella deve essere
in buone condizioni e saldamente
piantata nel proprio alloggiamento.
Controllare l'errore di parallelismo
misurato a 100 mm dall'asse
longitudinale della biella:
deve essere H - h inferiore a 0,02
mm; in caso contrario sostituire la
biella.
La biella è fornita in due selezioni A e
B del diametro della testa (Sez. C 1)
punzonate sul fianco del cappello.
Utilizzare preferibilmente alberi
motore e bielle della stessa selezione.
Sostituzione boccola piede di
biella
L’estrazione della boccola usurata
deve essere fatta utilizzando un
punzone appropriato ed una pressa.
Praticare, sulla boccola sostituita, i
fori di lubrificazione in corrispondenza
dei già esistenti sul piede di biella.
Alesare quindi la boccola portando il
diametro interno (D) a 20,035÷20,045
mm.
Overhauling the
connecting rods
Run the following dimensional
checks on the connecting rods:
- Connecting rod to gudgeon pin
assembly clearance.
Change a connecting rod when badly
worn (Sect. C 1).
Connecting rod small end bush must
be in good condition and firmly set in
its seat.
Measure parallelism error 100 mm
away from the longitudinal axis of the
connecting rod:
H less h must be lower than 0.02
mm. If not so, change the connecting
rod.
Two different types of con-rods are
now available, A and B, depending on
big end diameter (Sect. C 1) as
punched on con-rod bearing cover.
Use crankshafts and connecting rods
from the same class.
Changing the connecting rod
small end bush
Pull out the worn bush with a suitable
drift and press.
Drill the new bush at the same
positions of the oil holes of con-rod
small end.
Bore out bush until obtaining a bore
diameter (D) of 20.035-20.045 mm.
