Smontaggio forcellone
posteriore
Rimuovere i tappi (1) dai lati del
forcellone.
Svitare le viti (9) e rimuovere i pattini
catena superiore (7) ed inferiore (8).
Allentare le viti (6) sui morsetti di
tenuta del perno forcellone (11) su
entrambi i lati di quest’ultimo,
facendo attenzione ai dadi di
bloccaggio (5).
Per lo smontaggio del perno (11)
occorre rimuovere almeno uno degli
anelli (2) seeger esterni.
Con un adatto punzone spingere il
perno (11) verso l’esterno fino a che il
forcellone risulterà libero
dall’ancoraggio sul motore.
Rimuovere il forcellone (4) dal telaio
recuperando i rasamenti (3) di
spessorazione forcellone.

Removing the rear
swingarm
Remove the caps (1) on either side of
the swingarm.
Loosen screws (9) and remove upper
sliding shoe (7) and lower sliding shoe
(8).
Loosen the clamp screws (6) on
either side of the swingarm shaft (11)
and collect the nuts (5).
At least one of the outer circlips (2)
has to be removed in order to remove
the shaft (11).
Push out the shaft (11) with a suitable
drift until releasing the swingarm
from the mounting point on the
engine.
Remove the swingarm (4) from the
frame, keep swingarm shims (3).
