Fit the gear for 3rd speed (22).
Fit the safety washer (12) onto the
gear; it is larger than the other safety
washer (6).
Fit another needle roller cage (4) as
described.
Fit the gear for 4th speed (21).
Fit another safety washer (6) and
another circlip (7) into the shaft. Seat
it using the drift.
Reassembling the
gearbox
Follow the procedure described
under Section N 9.2 on how to close
the crankcase to fit parts of the
gearbox assembly.
Montare l'ingranaggio della 3
a
velocità (22).
Installare sull'ingranaggio la rosetta a
tre punte (12), riconoscibile rispetto
all’altra (6) dal maggior diametro
esterno.
Installare un'altra gabbia a rullini (4)
nel modo già descritto.
Montare l'ingranaggio della 4
a
velocità (21).
Introdurre nell'albero un'altra rosetta
a tre punte (6) e un altro anello
elastico (7). Spingerlo in sede
utilizzando il tampone precentemente
usato.
Rimontaggio gruppo
cambio
Per il rimontaggio dei componenti il
gruppo cambio seguire quanto
riportato alla Sez. N 9.2 in relazione
alla chiusura dei carter motore.
