Rimontaggio elementi
esterni
Verificare le condizioni della
guarnizione OR (2) ed eventualmente
sostituirla.
Installare la valvola sfiato vapori olio
(1) nel basamento con guarnizione OR
(2) e bloccarla alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Avvitare i due nippli (8) con guarnizioni
(9) di raccordo tubazioni olio alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Posizionare la molla by-pass (7) e
avvitare il nipplo (6) di supporto
cartuccia filtro olio alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Avvitare il tappo di scarico (24) con la
relativa guarnizione (25) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3) applicando sul
filetto bloccante prescritto.
Rimontare l’interruttore folle (4) e la
relativa guarnizione (3) bloccandolo
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Rimontare il filtro a rete (26) con
relativa guarnizione, come descritto
alla Sez. D 4.
Reassembling the outer
parts
Check O-ring (2) for wear. Change, if
necessary.
Fit oil breather valve (1) with O-ring (2)
inside engine block and tighten to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Tighten the two nipples (8) with oil
tube seals (9) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Position the by-pass spring (7) and
tighten the nipple (6) supporting oil
filter cartridge to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Tighten the drain plug (24) with seal
(25) to the specified torque (Sect. C 3)
after applying the recommended
threadlocker.
Refit the neutral light switch (4) with
seal (3) and tighten to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Refit mesh filter (26) with seal, as
described in Sect. D 4.
