Spessorazione tamburo cambio
Analoga procedura occorre seguire
per determinare lo spessore totale
“ST” dei rasamenti del tamburo
cambio;
Conoscendo:
LT1 = profondità carter lato frizione
LT2 = profondità carter lato catena
LT = spallamento tamburo cambio.
Tenendo conto di dover ottenere un
gioco assiale di 0,10 ÷ 0,40 mm.
Consideriamo il valore medio ottimale
di 0,25 mm.
Risulterà: ST=LT1+LT2-LT-0,25.
Sapendo che ST=ST1+ST2
otterremo ST1=LT1-59-0,125 e quindi
ST2=ST-ST1.
Shimming the gearbox drum
A similar procedure is used to
establish the total shimming "ST" for
the gearbox drum.
Given that:
LT1 = clutch-side casing depth
LT2 = chain-side casing depth
LT = gearbox drum shoulder
Considering that end float should be
0.10 - 0.40 mm, and taking the
average optimal value of 0.25 mm,
this gives:
ST=LT1+LT2-LT-0.25.
Given that ST=ST1+ST2
hence ST1=LT1-59-0.125 and so
ST2=ST-ST1.
