For dual-drives, size|1
The power connection for two brakeless feed axis servomotors to a QC-
DR-
 +  -FD2, size|1 dual-drive is made using a multi-pole MPC-4xS cable
via terminals U, V and W of the X11A and X11B connectors. The
connection between the chassis and the protective earth (PE) is made via
any of the M5 screws of the protective earth (PE) on the vertical plates next
to the connectors found on the upper part of the drive. The shield of the
multi-pole MPC-4xS power cables is connected to the protective earth at
both cable ends. On the drive side via the GP-1 protective earth bar.
Be sure to strip the power cables to expose the shield at both ends. Use a
metal clamp complete the connection to the GP-1 on the drive side. See
connection diagrams in ANNEXES.
