Chapter 2: Setting up the Quantum
Installing Probes
Remove the Probe Kit case from the Shipping case. In addition to probes, this
case contains the compensation cone.The probe attaches to the handle at the end
of the Quantum. To install a probe:
1. Hold the end of the Quantum on the underside with one hand and open the
probe locking lever with your other hand.
