Chapter 3: Operation
• The 2 Sigma Error value is the deviation of all the points taken during the
compensation. In order to pass compensation, this value has to be less than
the single point accuracy specification of the Quantum.
• Select any probe compensation and click Set Active to switch to that
compensation.
• Select any probe compensation and click Remove to delete that
compensation.
