o) Re-calibrate the sensor by selecting the Sens on the GEN menu using the key pad.
Press the EDIT key and press ENTER key to toggle the parameter to ON. The sensor
will calibrate and then automatically go online.
p) Check that the mV reading is 0 mV +/- 10 mV at the start of the cycle.
q) Reset the tape length to 300 ft through the keypad.
7.4 Checking the Sample System
On a periodic basis, the sampling system should be inspected and cleaned to ensure an
optimum flow of sample gas to the analyzer.
To check the sampling system:
a) Turn off gas supply and block valves
b) Check the filter element - replace if required
c) Check that the sample pressure is set at 15 psig
d) Check sample flow on the chassis flow meter is somewhere between 1.5 and 2.0 on the
tube scale
