11. Press the
START
key to start measurement. After loading the waveform, a comparison begins.
As shown below, if a waveform has
an overshoot or an undershoot (left
figure), the measured waveform
deviates from the comparison area
and will be compared as FAIL. If the
duty ratio of the pulse is disturbed (in
the right figure), the waveform also
deviates from the area and will be
compared as FAIL.
12. Press the
STOP
key to end the area comparison.
