show refresh-counters
Description In XML API format only, shows when the data represented by the basetype was last updated.
The value 0 means the data has never been updated and is not cached. A value other than 0 is a
timestamp indicating that the data has been updated. If the value has changed since the last time
you called this command then the data has changed.
