4.11.3.3 (Optional) Installing a Micro Dierential Pressure Sensor
Prerequisites
If a micro dierential pressure sensor is congured, perform the following steps to
install it.
Procedure
Step 1 Secure the
dierential pressure sensor inside the cabinet using two M3 screws.
