Reclaim or dispose of the refrigerant in accordance with local laws and regulations. Do not
discharge the refrigerant to the atmosphere. During the reclaim process, the R410A
refrigerant composition may change. Therefore, you are not advised to rell the reclaimed
R410A refrigerant to the cooling system.
Step 4 Remove the lter dryer, as shown in Figure 11-13.
● Filter dryer replacement requires the collaboration of two persons.
● After removing the lter dryer, immediately seal the pipe to ensure that the
system is clean and moisture does not enter the pipes.

1. Remove the hold hoops from the lter dryer using a Phillips screwdriver.
2. Heat the thread connection position of the suction angle valve using a heat
gun for 10 minutes. Secure the
lter dryer nut and pipe nut using two 27#
adjustable wrenches respectively. Then loosen the adjustable nut using a 36#
adjustable wrench to separate the pipe from the
lter dryer.
Step 5 Remove the plastic plug from the port of the new
lter dryer.
Step 6 Install the new lter dryer.
