– The high-precision drive automatically adapts to the system pressure
uctuations.
– The drive conducts precision self-check. Compressor and drive faults are
separated.
● EC fan
– The highly ecient EC fan saves more than 30% energy than a common
fan.
– The direct drive that the fan adopts has higher transmission eciency
than the belt drive, which reduces belt replacement and routine checks.
– Compared with the fan speed control by the belt drive, the fan speed
control by direct drive has a wider application range which is not subject
to the transmission ratio.
– The fan is controlled over RS485 communications. You can view the fan
power and speed in real time on the display module and obtain fault
information including fan blockage, overvoltage, and undervoltage. These
features allow you to view the status and locate a fault.
● Evaporator
– The evaporator adopts the inner threaded copper pipes and hydrophilic
aluminum foil to prevent water blowing due to condensate water
accumulation and improve heat exchange performance. The V-type
evaporator optimizes the
airow organization and reduces the air
resistance.
– The small diameter evaporator is adopted to enhance the heat exchange
performance, increasing the heat exchange eciency by more than 10%
when compared with a traditional solution.
● EEV
– The throttling device uses a miniature controller to control the operation
of the step motor, thereby changing the pass-through area of the valve to
regulate the
ow of refrigerant.
– The EEV is equipped with an energy storage unit that prevents slugging
due to migration of refrigerant after an unexpected power-o.
● Oil separator
The oil separator separates the lubricant brought out due to discharge of the
compressor and brings back the separated lubricant to the compressor.
● Sight glass
The sight glass allows you to observe the refrigerant ow and gas content for
easy maintenance and optimization.
● Filter dryer
The lter dryer absorbs water from the refrigerant pipes and lters the
foreign matter, which reduces component damage rates and improves
operating
eciency and reliability.
● Air
lter
The G4 air lter is used. The air lter meets the relevant requirements of the
China National Standard GB/T 14295-2008.
● Wet lm humidier
– The wet lm humidier achieves zero power consumption.
